GOP FISA abuse memo is released
The eagerly anticipated GOP memo compiled by The House Intelligence Committee has been released just minutes ago. Here are the key points of the memo.
-The salacious Fusion GPS dossier which was brought and paid for by Hillary Clinton and the DNC was an integral part of the three FISA warrant applications against Trump campaign team member Carter Page
-Andrew McCabe testified behind closed doors that at least one of the FISA warrants would not have been obtained if it was not for the dossier
-Christopher Steele, who compiled the dossier with Russian propaganda confided to DOJ official Bruce Ohr that he was desperate for Trump not to become President of the USA. Steele’s political biases were not disclosed during the FISA applications
-DOJ official Bruce Ohr met with Steele in the summer of 2016 while the presidential campaign was still ongoing
-Yahoo News article cited for FISA application did not corroborate the Steele dossier which was an integral part of the FISA application. Material and relevant information was omitted in request for surveillance for Carter Page
-Christopher Steele lied about his media contacts to the FBI
-Elements of the Special Counsel appear to be compromised. Information gathered by the original FISA warrant on Carter Page was used to obtain a warrant on George Papadopoulos, a former peripheral figure of the Trump campaign
This is a truly shocking revelation. Combined with the anti-Trump bias of FBI agents Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, it is reasonable to assume from this evidence that there was a conspiracy by high-ranking members of the deep state to keep Donald Trump out of office. I will be writing a full evaluation on the FISA abuse memo shortly.
