Murder detectives investigating after man’s body pulled from lake in Regents Park, London
Homicide and Major Crime Command detectives are investigating after the body of a man was pulled from a boating lake in Regents Park. The body of a man in his 40’s was discovered on Tuesday afternoon at about 4pm. He was pronounced dead at the scene. A police cordon was set up in one of London’s most famous parks, which straddles London Zoo and multi-million pound properties in nearby Primrose Hill which is home to many celebrities. At this time the death is being treated as “unexplained.” The man’s next of kin has been informed and a post-mortem is scheduled to take place in due course.
