Steven Seagal denies sexually assaulting Bond Girl

Steven Seagal has become another in a long line of Hollywood celebrities who has denied sexual assault. The action movie star has been accused by former Bond girl Rachel Grant of sexually assaulting her during auditions for a film back in 2002. Through his lawyers, Mr Seagal rebuked the actresses claims that he exposed himself to her during the shooting of the film “Out for a Kill” in Bulgaria back in September 2002. It has now been confirmed that Steven Seagal is under investigation by LAPD investigating other claims of sexual assault. Other accusations of misconduct have been made by actresses Portia de Rossi and Julianna Margulies.

The alleged assaults, which occurred back in 2005 are being investigated by the LAPD’s Robbery-Homicide unit. It has been confirmed that the crime being investigated is that of an allegation of sexual assault but the force would not provide anymore details. One of the allegations made by actress Portia de Rossi alleges that Mr Seagal “unzipped his pants” in an audition which the actor demanded in order to “test for chemistry.”

In allegations that were revealed several months ago, Julianna Margulies said that she was instructed by a female casting agent to go to the actors hotel room where he it is alleged that he was in possession of a gun. Julianna Margulies then said that she went on to escape the actors hotel room adding that “I wasn’t raped. And I wasn’t harmed. I don’t know how I got out of that hotel room…I sort of screamed my way out.” Speaking to the BBC, former Bond girl said “I want to share what happened to me, so people will hear it and others might come forward.”
